Information you give us
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use them to answer your enquiry, discuss your project or installation, and provide requested support. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless we have agreed a suitable way to receive it.
Website operation
Our hosting and technical services may process information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and error records to deliver the website, investigate faults and protect the service. These technical records are different from the content you choose to send us.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before an agreement, or to provide an agreed service. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in responding to ordinary business enquiries, maintaining the website and keeping it secure. Where a legal requirement applies, we use information to meet that requirement. If an activity requires your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us.
Service providers and retention
Information may be handled by providers supporting our hosting, email and business systems, where needed for those services, and disclosed where required by law. We keep it for the time needed to handle the enquiry or service, taking account of ongoing correspondence, support needs and applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us for information about a particular record or service.

Our website and linked services may use cookies or similar storage for their operation. You can manage these through your browser, although disabling necessary storage may affect functionality.
